Safer Spaces

Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy

As part of our partnership with the Saint John Theatre Company Inc., the Fundy Fringe Festival adheres to an anti-discrimination / anti-harassment policy. Artists are expected to always adhere to this policy, as are the festival’s staff and volunteers.

Every employee, volunteer, board member, artist, contractors, audience member, and client is entitled to be part of the SJTC community free of all forms of discrimination and harassment.

To promote and protect a environment of inclusion and safety, the SJTC has officially adopted its Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy.

Anyone who faces discrimination or harassment has the full support of the SJTC to be heard, to file a complaint, and for that complaint to be investigated and dealt with.

Anyone found to have discriminated against or harassed members of the SJTC will face consequences, which may include expulsion from the company.

Thank you for continuing to the help SJTC in its mission to enrich and engage our community by producing quality theatre and creating experiences through the performing arts.
